Dear Friends of Poland,

As you have seen in the news, there has been terrible flooding in Central Europe, including Poland, recently. In Poland, the highlands in the south-west of the country were hit especially hard and then the floods wreaked havoc downstream.

The Seattle Polish Foundation has started a fundraiser to send money to charities in Poland that help flood victims.  The Foundation will match donations up to $5000 from its own funds. Please go to the SPF donation page to support people in need. You can donate in several different ways, including through a PayPal button on the page; if you donate through PayPal, please choose “Medical and Emergency Fund” as the fund you support with your donation.
