Lemkos and Ukrainians in Poland

The Kosciuszko Foundation Online Programs and the Jagiellonian Law Society present the lecture Lemkos and Ukrainians by Prof. Jan Pisuliński. This lecture is part of the series Ethnic Minorities in Polish Lands.

The lecture focuses on Lemkos (Łemkowie), a minority group in south-eastern Poland and also in the neighboring Slovakia, and also on Polish-Ukrainian relations.

Professor dr. hab. Jan Pisuliński is a Polish historian and currently an assistant professor at the University of Rzeszow, Poland. He is the chief of the Unit of the Recent History in the Institute of History at Rzeszow University. His main area of research is Polish-Ukrainian relations in the XX century.
