This concert series, titled “Musical Delicacies”, seeks to tantalize and satisfy the musical palate while also expressing a message of friendship and solidarity between two cultures. Ganna Krupina, the coordinator of the PNW Kobzar Project says, “As a gratitude to Polish people for their support of Ukraine, I decided to organize the recitals of classical music of our two nations as good friends and neighbors with rich musical cultures.”
A menu of melodious delights awaits you at these concerts celebrating Polish and Ukrainian music. The lush, romantic, and varied fare includes art songs, chamber music, bandura, jazzy folk songs, and tango music. Featuring opera singers who have starred with the Seattle, Tacoma, and Vashon Operas, as well as highly accomplished and lauded instrumentalists, this unique program is not to be missed.

There are two concerts. One is at the Polish Cultural Center in Seattle at 7:30 pm on November 16, 2023 and the other at 7 pm on November 17, 2023 at Lakewood Gardens in Lakewood / Tacoma.
