The  Warsztaty Kulinarne – Wspólna Kuchnia and the Syrena Seattle group invite you to a culinary workshop at the Polish Cultural Center devoted to this most famous Polish American dish. Come to practice making meat pierogi, blueberry pierogi and whichever other kind strikes your fancy!

This workshop is also a fundraiser for the Syrena Seattle folk dance group created last fall. The group practices each Friday at the Polish Cultural Center. At the workshop, in lieu of a workshop fee, donations will be accepted for the Cracovian costumes for the dancers. These are made back in the old country and are quite expensive, so your support is appreciated. This is an all-family event, so come and have fun making pierogi while supporting a good cause.

Besides making and tasting pierogi on the spot, frozen pierogi will also be available for a donation.
