Will Polonez Parcel Service Come Back?

After two weeks of incommunicado, the company issued a statement to their agents that the Polonez Parcel Service has resumed operations. Only time will tell how that goes and if the packages and containers currently in transit will get delivered. The previous news about Polonez going out of business is here.

Below is the statement.

Dear Agents of Polonez Parcel Service,
We are aware that the last few days have been extremely difficult for you. We appreciate you waiting patiently for information about Polonez Parcel Service. We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication from the previous management whose actions led to this situation.
We are pleased to announce that we are resuming operations thanks to the investment of the Polish company, Meest Polska. Polonez Parcel Service will now be run exclusively by Polish, experienced specialists, in cooperation with well-known Karex company from Częstochowa.
We are happy to inform you that parcels from containers that were in a port and in transit to Germany will soon be transported to Częstochowa. They will all be distributed and delivered to the recipients. Shipments from our warehouse in Linden, NJ as of 3/31/23 will also be shipped and delivered.
You all are a key part of the success of Polonez Parcel Service. We would like to assure you that we will continue to make every effort to offer all our customers the highest level of service at very competitive prices. Accepting parcels will continue with the current terms. In the coming days, our system for accepting parcels will be reactivated. Your login details will remain unchanged.
We ask you to trust us again and we invite you to cooperate once again with our company. We guarantee you and your customers safe and excellent quality service, the same as we did for many years in the past.
If you have additional questions, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected]
Kind regards,
