The local Polish Scout Troop invites everybody to the Polish Cultural Center at for a celebration of the Polish Independence Day commemorating Poland emerging as an independent nation on November 11, 1918, after over a century of partitions.

The program prepared by Iwona Bernacki consists of a medley of patriotic songs, poems and fragments of prose commemorating all heroes who fought for freedom of Poland. The program will be performed by the scouts and their families as well as the Polish Choir Vivat Musica!

As usual, earlier in the day there will be a Holy Mass celebrated at the Polish Church of St. Margaret’s in Seattle at 12 pm, in memory of all who perished fighting for Poland.
